RMAA 43rd ANNUAL MEMBERS’ EXHIBITION

SUNDAY, JUNE 1 – FRIDAY, JULY 4, 2008

RECEIVING:  SATURDAY, MAY 31, 11:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

PICK UP:  SATURDAY, JULY 5, 9:00 A.M. ­­– 11 A.M.

 

Prizes: $100 -- Best in Show;

                Merit awards in each category and other donations from our sponsors will be

             presented at the awards ceremony on Sunday, June 8, 2008, 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Size: maximum 60”x 60”

Weight:  Artists are responsible for transporting and installing their own sculptures or other installations.  Some pedestals are available.  All works will be handled with care, but neither RMAA nor Ringwood State Park shall be responsible for loss or damage.

Framing: Framed with plastic window as needed and securely wired for hanging.

Oil & Acrylic, Watercolor, Mixed Media, Printmaking, Drawing, Pastel, Photography, Sculpture

Entry Fee:          $10 for two entries

Commission:      20%

 

NUDES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED DUE TO NEW JERSEY STATE PARK REGULATIONS

 

We publish photos of prize winning artists and their work on our web site, http://RMAArts.Org. Photos are also used for publicity, the newsletter, and in the grant application process.

Please let the directors know if you do not want your photo to be published.
